Bluemarble Fall 2022

Anthony Alvarez, creative behind Bluemarble, went back through his memories of crossing the Pacific Ocean and sailed with it. 

This fall collection was a combination of surf and skate. Alvarez was inspired by his usual multicultural heritage and upbringing. Bluemarble fall 2022 is American sporty, European, artisanal and Filipino all in one. This is exactly how Alvarez intended his look to be perceived– through the brand values: multiculturalism, travel, escapism. The collection including buttoned sailor pants, streetwear leather, denim, and ankle boots with faux fur is eccentric, funky, and brilliant. I love the look and swagger that is portrayed through the uniqueness of these garments. I would like to see a Man of the Hour repping this collection at a weekend event.
